Each electronic signature stores the signer's name, role, IP address, user-agent and (with consent) GPS location — aligned with eIDAS Art. 26 traceability.
Signatures captured on the platform qualify as simple electronic signatures under Art. 3(10) of Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS).
